ARC Foundation Welcomes New Executive Director
ARC Foundation is pleased to announce the selection of Aditi Loveridge (she/her) as its new Executive Director. Aditi steps into the role following Reg Krake, who has provided integral leadership to the organization since July 2020. The hire was made after a comprehensive national search process, and approved by the Board of Directors.
“ARC Foundation is thrilled to welcome its new Executive Director, Aditi Loveridge. Aditi is a respected non-profit and community-centred leader whose work is grounded in social impact,” said Arleen Chuang, Board Chair of ARC Foundation. “We look forward to working with Aditi as she helps guide ARC Foundation’s continued impact.”
Aditi Loveridge is the outgoing Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the registered charity Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre, which she grew from a small grassroots initiative into a nationally recognized organization centred on lived experience and inclusive care. Aditi’s leadership has influenced policy, strengthened cross-sector partnerships, and amplified the voices of 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Her work is grounded in creating spaces where people are seen, supported, and feel a sense of belonging. She brings a strong focus on community-informed leadership, advocacy, and systems change.
“I’m really looking forward to joining ARC Foundation at a time when creating inclusive, affirming environments for youth is so important,” shared Aditi Loveridge, incoming Executive Director, ARC Foundation. “This work aligns deeply with the direction my leadership has been growing, and I’m excited to work alongside the team and community to continue building spaces where all students belong.”
Aditi will begin her role with ARC Foundation on May 19, 2026.
